Item came packaged in a Togo container just thrown inside. When I go in person they package it in a separate cup and keep the brownie separate. Why would it be any different now? Ice cream was warm, asked for strawberries no strawberries... ruined my love island night.

First time I ordered here (Oct 6) it was perfect the toppings were put ON the cookie. This time they put my toppings including the hot toppings ON THE ICE CREAM which makes no sense for an item that will be being transported. Not only will it not eat the same the ice cream melted of course and I'll have to freeze again to enjoy which will make the toppings hard. Please in the future for DoorDash orders can we put the toppings on the cookie please? I don't even like my ice cream with a bunch of stuff in it
