Big portions, excellent Pho. The Eye of Round Steak & Brisket came with a good amount of meat, lots of noodles, and more than enough broth. This is the first Pho restaurant I enjoyed around here, and I've tried a few in the area, so me not disliking it is a huge plus. The only negative thing I have to say is that you have the assemble it yourself, but that's unfortunately becoming common for both Pho and Ramen places in this area. The Grilled Pork Spring Rolls were a little flavorless aside from the grilled pork that was inside of it. I know that some people might argue that that's 'kinda the point', but I've had variations of the same type that had a bit more flavor. Overall, it wasn't bad though, and they were pretty big for their pricing.

4 stars because I have ordered twice from this loaction asking for extra greens(because I request no bean sprouts) but didnt get any this time or last :(
Their location on 15th gives you a larger herbs bag, like 3x the size from here. Not sure why that is, but the quality and taste of the pho are equally amazing!

Overall tasted good. The P1. Special Combination broth was savory and had a super small kick to it. A good amount of broth and herbs were given. Broth was still hot when my dasher gave it to me and the herbs were fresh. The vermicelli were delicious. My only complaint would be that there was too much tripe and it was hard to chew. Also the flavor of the meatballs were a little off to me. Otherwise I'd probably order again.

I usually don't eat spring rolls but when I tell you these were FIREEEEE. Everything was fresh and had more than enough leftovers. Definitely would order again!
