Spicy mix isn't like other dry mix/ dry pot option from other malatang places. This one basically just had sesame seasoning and sauce and tasted very bland. Tasted like everything was boiled in water then sauce added on top. Would not order again.

I got extra spicy but it was very bland and not spicy. The ingredient didn't have any flavor, like they were cooked in hot water and mixed with sauce but the flavor didn't soak through. Portion was good, glad I had ingredients to make dipping sauce at home.

The food is great. Just the customer service is awful. I called them (the number on Door Dash) as I forgot to put Chili Oil or some sort of hot sauce. Someone responded that they don't handle the DoorDash order and refused to help. My suggestion is that if you guys are not handling any DoorDash Order, don't provide any phone number.
