I've been to Birch Tree Bread a few times. The grilled cheese and everything I've had there is always great, but the spicy tomato bisque is my favorite. A friend and I talk about the tomato bisque all the time. This was my first time getting a latte and dessert. The latte was made perfectly, not overly sweet, and the cake was moist with the perfect amount of icing. The Valentine Rice Crispy was sweet and gooey and not stale at all. I highly recommend ordering from this restaurant, doesn't matter what because I promise you'll love it.

Normally love Birchtree however this order was not good. Bread was hard on top and so soggy on the bottom that it fell apart. When I opened to box it looked as though the sandwich was dropped upside down. Paid extra for chicken and it was dry and gross. It's never like this when I dine in.

That was the best Italian sandwich I've ever had. The sweets are always great, and the Focaccia is my favorite bread in the city. The Sourdough Pretzel could use a little more pretzel flavor, but I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Everything was scrumptious, the focaccia was extra zesty and the texture was perfect melt in your mouth good. The caprese sandwich was also really good. The soup was spicy and perfect. All in all id say worth while and I will be ordering from here again
