I wanted regular grilled chicken sandwich but mistakenly ordered american grilled club but it was delicious. I will give it 9/10. The vanilla shake was ok. It was not frosty enough and the seal was not on the cup to avoid spill . We do live far out so I expected some melting. I will give the shake 8/10 just because sill was missing and shake didnt taste ive creamy but ice milky. The fries get a 9/10 brcause they still were crisp not soggy considering how far we live. My driver gets 10/10 for updates/following instructions placing food in proper place/texting upon delivery and everything in tact.

I ordered a large fry with my meal and it came with a small fry worth of fries in a large fry container. Terrible value!

I'm a fry lover and my fries were olddddd.
My sandwich also was not cooked well. Chick-Fil-A has never messed up my order; EVER

It was a 12 ct nugget meal and the nuggets were hard and the y didnt give me a full 12ct as about half of the nuggets were just scraps I thought I order waffled fries but got waffled chips The sunjoy was too sweet not equally mixed with tea and lemonade This order was for my grandson we live far out on a budget so what was supposed to be two meals for him turned out to be a disaster I am disappointed in Chic fila and the service they provided so unlike them

They gave me the wrong drink. I asked for a sunjoy but they gave me lemonade. They didn't give me all my condiments. I strongly suggest that customers use the Eastchase location, I never have a problem with my orders from them.
