The ice cream was getting too soft. I think that they should have a cool pack to travel from one place to the other. I would order again if it were old all the way around. The portion is good. Taste was great and the freshness from my M&M's was good.

I ordered a pint of White Turtle. It was DELICIOUS!!! It was filled to the brim and the caramel & pecans were plentiful.

Order always correct with a ginormous cherry on top! Wish I could get this same sundae in a waffle bowl but it's not offered.

The Strawberry Shortcake is always one of my top favorites but this time the fresh strawberries on top were definitely not fresh. There was an acidic taste to them and I ended up taking them off. Everything else was great though

I ordered and paid for a large waffle bowl and only received one scoop. I reviewed it to the management and they haven't reached out to me to make it right.
