The Southwest Wake-Up Breakfast Bagel is hands down my go-to breakfast! It has so much flavor, and every bite tastes fresh and delicious. The portion size is perfect—filling without being too much. It’s consistently great, and I always leave satisfied. If you’re looking for a breakfast that’s both tasty and worth it, I definitely recommend giving this bagel a try!
The only thing I wish they would change is letting customers add a schmear to the bagel as an option instead of having to purchase a full container. That would make an already great breakfast even better!

Ordered 3-seed and onion bagel and quite disappointed. They were tiny, tasteless and the "onion" bagel had a sprinkle of onion that fell off as I was taking it out of the bag. If bagel is in your name, you should do that one thing really well.

I spent $20 on cream cheese and none were sent with the order. Who eats bagels without cream cheese? Also, my allergy alert was not recognized and bagels with allergic toppings were mixed with safe bagels. Their product is typically good but their customer service is not.

I ordered an onion bagel and got something else. I eat here a lot and the bagels are mediocre at best but pretty much the only game in town.

Seems like the bagels are never fresh here anymore. The last 5 times iv had food from here the bagels are dry and hard. They used to be made fresh every day.
