Tried this restaurant for the second time. Food was good - nice portions and fresh. Well prepared and nicely packaged. Chicken and pork loin were very juicy. Just wished the Jalapeño sausage had more of a kick - a little too mild for my liking.

The absolute best Chopped Frito Pie ever. So filling I could not finish it. And it wasn't all Fritos. They came in their own sealed bag. The chili mix, deliciously. They were right, get the sour cream. :)

The brisket was perfectly to my taste with plenty of bark, but not running grease, and the sauce was just the right combo of bite and sweet. The coleslaw hit that perfect middle ground (not runny, not sweet), and the banana pudding was one of the better I've had in S.A. - the Nilla wafers were even still perfectly crisp.

I don't even like meat or barbecue but this is seriously delicious!!! Best barbecue turkey I have had anywhere hands-down. Best baked potato too. Thanks for adding bread and pickles and sauce! Yum

The pork ribs here are a revelation—the meat falls off the bone effortlessly but stays beautifully intact until it meets your teeth. It's pure perfection. Smoky Mo's barbecue sauce is truly the best I've ever had—not too sweet, not too spicy, not too thick, not too runny. It’s the perfect balance of flavors that enhances the meat rather than overpowering it.
The chopped brisket? Equally amazing. Unlike other places, this brisket isn’t packed with fat; it’s tender, lean, and flavorful.
The sides were also a highlight. I loved the potato salad, which had just the right amount of zip. The pinto beans were absolutely delicious, and the coleslaw was delightfully refreshing.
I happily give this place a five-star rating—it’s a must-visit! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.
