Chicken fried steak dinner was very good, hot and tasty. Salad delicious, too. Appreciated potatoes and gravy were packed in a separate box.

1/2 Lb BYO I ordered a burger with everything on it and I got just meat and cheese and bread. i spent 20 dollars on it and i should have had lettuce tomato pickle and onion. I definitely did not check the box for "No LTOP" but I got plain burger. not at all what I was craving. there was a good amount of onion rings and the Baked Potato was good but it didnt have sour cream and I didn't think to check the burger box for my potato topping as the other toppings were already on it, so I ate a good third of it before i discovered the sour cream. I thought it was the ranch I ordered for my onion rings since it was in my onion ring/ burger box so that was partially on me, but the burger was definitely sad. there is no way when ordering to check individual boxes to add the lettuce and tomato and stuff, and you can't type in any notes either, but if you dont mark the box that says "No LTOP" then you should get the LTOP on it. it probably would have been good if I had got what I ordered.

Bruffs used to be a staple in town. Now it's just... depressing. I ordered a Build-A-Burger, and it was the blandest thing I've ever put in my mouth with onions on it. How do you have egg, grilled onions, green peppers, and cheddar on a burger, and all you can taste is the pan they were cooked in? It was nothing more than a soggy, sloppy mess that tasted like toasted cardboard. And the Spicy Cheese Tots? Tater Tots with a vaguely "I think it MIGHT be spicy?" seasoning with melted shredded cheese that, after about 10 seconds, cool into just a solid block that I can't even eat with a fork. Bruffs used to be one of the best burgers in town and now...?
Safe to say, I won't be going back. Talk about a fall from grace.

I'm disappointed in the food i ordered. My entire order was disgusting except for 2 items (chicken tenders) and (breaded shrimp)
