Roosters' Peruvian Rotisserie brings the authentic
flavors of Peru to your table with our mouthwatering Pollo a la Brasa. Our signature dish features tender chicken, marinated in a blend of Peruvian s…
The Pollo a la Brasa (Medio Pollo)was very moist and cooked all the way through, cuz sometimes rotisserie chicken is not always cooked well done.
The fries were moist from the chicken, which is not a problem for me. The sauces are amazing. I loved the spicy green . A good meal on a cold and rainy day.

Arroz con Mariscos was fine, a bit bland until the sauce was added, too soft (I know it's not paella but this was borderline risotto)… you need the sauces, their bright punch to make the arroz work. This would have been a better review if the Tacu Tacu had a strong crispy texture, surprisingly it was even softer, like mashed potatoes? Definitely not what I was expecting. One piece of beef in the Tacu Tacu had a gristle (cartilage?) so tough that chewing it was not an option—ow!—it just had to go in a napkin. Empanada, I think we just got a bad one? more than half of the filling was apparently kalamata olive and onion, a little bit of that would be quite punchy and might be fun, but since we got a random empanada that was _mostly_ olive it was weird Greek food, haha. Chicha Morada was interesting, reminds me of juniper berries and licorice and vimto and mulled wine all at once, fascinating flavor. happy I tried this place but I don't think I will go back?

Whole chicken was delicious. Moist and flavorful. Cumin-forward spices were generously distributed over and under the skin.

I've had many Peruvian food and this was horrible. The rice was not good at all. It was cooked well and had a weird smell to it.
