Writing this review after trying Talisa's for the first time. The Italiano flatbread was pretty good! The cheese was NOT the highlight of the flatbread. Rather the proscuitto and peppers made up most of the flavor and paired well with the bread base. I also tried the chocolate caramel mousse. AMAZING! The chocolate layer on the top of the mousse wasn't too sweet, but the flavor was still rich and not bitter. The caramel layer on the bottom could be described in a similar fashion. Maybe I'm biased but I do prefer the chocolate layer over the caramel. Overall, very satisfied with my first order. Will be ordering again at some point.
