I love Encanto but at $18 the Carne Asada Burritois a rip off. Mostly rice and a tortilla, very little beans or meat - absolutely not worth the spend and I wouldn't order it again. Whoever is in the kitchen during the day does a beautiful job with the Chopped Salad which I order pretty regularly- both in the restaurant and for delivery. The daytime chef understands the assignment and made a really great version of this salad. I should have taken a photo. Restaurant should update so that extra dressing can be ordered as well. Probably won't get this salad as takeout at night anymore. The night crew really phones it in on this one, so order it at lunch if you want the best version.
