Tried the La-Ma-Tan today and OMG so good!! I've had the Toridashi Miso, the Black, and the Red ramen and I'm happy to say THIS IS THE BEST RAMEN AND EVERYTHING IS GOOD. So, close your eyes, point at the menu, and order already.

One of the most authentic Japanese ramen I have in Austin. The port chashu is really nice and the noodles look like whole wheat (have really different flavors). Just a bit sad that the ajitama is not a default in the basic selection.

The Katsu was a tad dry and kinda burnt tasting. It felt like both it and the Takoyaki were made using old/used cooking oil. The deserts like the pancake and fish cake were good. The fish cake was definitely the best

ordered the Toridashi - Toridashi - BLACK and Takoyaki. unfortunately the broth was extremely salty. egg came hard boiled. cost was not worth the product

the ramen is disgusting and the Chicken Katsu was overcooked and tough. Everything was thrown out.
This is the worst ramen place I've tried in a while.
