The Wood-fired Edamame had the perfect amount of smoke and flavor. I also enjoyed the rich taste of the Brussels Sprouts . I don't know how they captured the taste of brisket in a sprout, but it tastes divine!

This was our first time ordering from Uchiko. Everything was excellent! The Brussels Sprouts were amazing and crispy. The Inari Maki was really good (had never had tofu roll before). We also had the Spicy Crunchy Tuna-which was perfect. Want to try other things next time (but honestly loved this order so much, not sure we will change!)

The portions are a joke for the price you pay. My makimono (roll) was 17.50 for basically 3 bites of food. Hardly any fish disappointing.

I spent $70 for brussels sprouts a little bit of salmon and one roll. It was nearly microscopic level sushi and you could totally tell. They did not send the fresh stuff to the to go order. I hope they read this. My message for them is you have to send it just as fresh for the to go orders.

Kaiso Was so delicious! Full of variety of some of my favorite Uchiko options! Highly recommend, also came in the coolest box! Will be ordering again.
