First time trying this place. I have to say it was beyond amazing!! I had the Quesadilla Fajita and it was perfection. My husband had the Fajitas Especial Carmen, they substituted the shrimp for beef and he loved it! He would like to try it with their queso next time. We got the Papas con Pollo to share because we both wanted to try it. Oh my goodness it was just as amazing as everything else!! This has become our new favorite Mexican restaurant.

We had a large order for six people last night, and this place nailed every dish! Hot, fresh, tasty, with plenty of proportions. 10/10 would order again in a heartbeat. Thank you especially for the Fajitas Texan and the Carne Asada, standouts of the night!

The chips are so lite & flaky. The Edward Burrito is stuffed with steak. Very Filling & enough to split into 2 portions. The Tamal (Pork) is tasty enough to not need the sauce, even tho it compliments it so well. Definitely a Fav go-to when craving yummy, quality, filling Mexican food!!

Los Michoacanos has taken the top spot in excellent Mexican food in Springfield! Queso and chips are always on point, they offer substituting for allergies and are super friendly! Shrimp Tacos were fire as well!
