The hot food and coffee are usually fresh and hot, but I've had issues with getting the wrong cookies or doughnuts without being informed recently.

Terrible waste of money! Ordered a Chicken Biscuit add American cheese and bacon. Upon opening box the biscuit looked great but was as hard as a rock. Decided I would remove the top portion of biscuit and just eat the meat because it was late and I was hungry... well the bacon looked months old and was discolored. The hashbrown I ordered was so undercooked and soggy that it fell apart on picking it up...
