I've been eating here since I was a little kid, and can confirm that everything on the menu is top-tier Tex-Mex. Pepe Taco sets the standard for what Mexican/Southwest fusion should be. The chili is always excellent, salads are always loaded with greens, and things like rice, beans, salsa, etc. are among the most authentic in town.
The enchiladas with chili as 'sauce' are legendary.
I know this is DoorDash, but if you can visit in person- the outdoor location is nice, indoor seating is rarely crowded, and the staff is amazing. The drive through is also super fast.

Service was fast, but the food arrived very cold - that was a bummer. The ingredients were fresh and tasty - especially the lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese. The Soft beef tacos are just better than the crunchy beef tacos as the crunchy shells are chewy. Salsa/taco sauce was FANTASTIC as was the fresh tortilla chips. Food amount was generous & plentiful, but the refried beans were super dry.

The food was mediocre at best. The potatoes in the breakfast taco were old and hard. The taco salad was WAY too salty. The queso is just melted cheese, no seasoning

The flavor is too sweet. Rice taste like it was the kind you can microwave in the pouch and pour on the plate.

The Styrofoam to-go boxes had identical slashes through the bottom, like they'd been damaged in shipping or while still stacked together before use. Bean juice, etc, leaked all inside the bag and everything. I love this place but sometimes the employees just don't pay attention.
