I order the same thingIced Shaken Espresso and today it was extremely extremely bitter, no ice in it and asked for the cup to be lined but the entire drink was filled with the chocolate I could not taste the hazelnut. it looked black there was so much chocolate

Not bad flavor wise, but awfully skimpy sized portions. The scones were tiny, only about two bites each. And they weren't very flavorful. I won't be reordering.

70 dollar order. No sauce was delivered with burrito although was paid for. Not 1 straw in bag. One white mocha had a maybe a tablespoon of whipped cream and tasted like straight espresso.

This is the second time this has happened where I order and ICED coffee ADD WHIP and receive a hot coffee. I'm really not understanding how its this difficult to read the label they pit on the drink...
