The 奥尔良鸡排紫米热饭团Orleans chicken fillet rice roll is so good! There's a slight spice to it but it's massive packed in & extremely filling. This is the second time I've had it and will get again some more in the future

Great experience with just one small suggestion!
The kimchi rice ball set was delicious — the flavors were bold and satisfying, with just the right balance of tangy kimchi and savory rice. Everything looked as good as it tasted — the colors of the ingredients were vibrant and fresh, making the meal even more appetizing. Delivery was super fast, and the food arrived warm and well-packed.
The set was complete and thoughtfully arranged. My only suggestion would be to slightly adjust the pricing of the set menu, so customers don’t feel like they’re paying more than ordering items separately. It’s a great meal overall, and a small tweak in price could make it even more appealing!

Tbh, I was really excited when I ordered because everything looked great in the photos. I genuinely wanted to like the meal, but the overall execution missed the mark for me.
1. Rice – The texture was too soft. It felt like a modern twist on traditional Taiwanese sticky rice, but unfortunately it didn’t hold together well or deliver the expected mouthfeel.
2. Mango sago drink – The coconut and mango flavors didn’t blend smoothly, and there was an unexpected cheese-like note that threw off the flavor profile.
3. Tomato braised beef – The acidity was overpowering, making the dish taste too sour instead of rich and balanced.
Overall, the meal felt a bit off in terms of flavor balance. I hope the kitchen can refine the recipes because the concept is promising. Looking forward to seeing improvements, and I’d be open to trying you again in the future once adjustments are made.

I ordered roasted sausage and combo with onrigi and black tea. Onirigi was out of stock so they added beef and didn't adjust the price. Beef addition is same price as onrigi+black tea? If you don't want adjustments, I recommend having restaurant contact you before they substitute with something else. Didn't give me the black tea either so I'm all thirsty.
