So, just tested it. Your able to call into the store to CHANGE the side. I didn't want either plantains and I called after making my order and they were super nice in swapping the plantains (as listed) for french fries (not listed)!
the fries are really delicious and crunchy yet soft. Practically perfect. They are seasons and golden damn brown. I'm shocked.
the Juanita Burger Especial is good too! Seasoned really well and not to mention how smart they are for wrapping the burger up with foil to keep it warm but also not have the French fries die with condensation. 🥹 like what store cares that much?
ONLY thing that bugged me, why fries isn't a option in the beginning to choose?
I have ordered through call before and they ALWAYS given me with fries on the side. So why isn't that listed as a extra then a side that comes with the burger? This apples to pink sauce as well. They have good pink sauce.

I ordered to not get SWEET plantain, i wanted green plaintain. I wanted fries instead of any of the two plantains but there was no option for that.
I did not get what I requested and instead I was given the opposite of what I ordered. I was not informed at all about these changes at all. I ordered their food before and its good but this was careless...
BUT the Juanita Burger Especial was GOOD. good flavor, good portion and i WOULD order the Juanita Burger Especial again. Just.. Rather order by phone to specify what I wanted.

Los Mofonguitos de Chicharron (3) estuvieron delicioso. Es la segunda vez que los pido y realmente me encantan. la Yaroa de Res / Beef Yaroa no estuvo buena, la papas estaban un poco quemada o fritas en un aceite viejo, pero la yaroa es bastante grande, facilmente comen dos personas

Addicted! Been ordering a lot more ever since I tried it. They don't skimp out on food and sauces. Seasoned and juicy. Highly recommend!

The steak and fried plantains wasssss fireeeeee I love it next time I am going to try the rice. The avocado was so fresh and it was a a lot of food on the plate.
