There were no potatoes with the oxtail and only received two bony pieces. It was also not packed well and all the sauce leaked from the container. Last time I ordered I w we as very impressed but this time extremely disappointed. Not worth the price I paid for this meal. Happy to send a photo

I had high expectations for this restaurant; I ordered the Uruguayan steak, Golden Blue-style chicken, *ropa vieja*, and octopus. The only thing that was actually seasoned and had any flavor was the *ropa vieja*. The *congri* was terrible—absolutely no flavor or seasoning—and the Uruguayan steak and chicken were the worst things I’ve ever eaten; it was like they were just boiled, breaded, and that was it. I’m really annoyed because it certainly wasn't cheap, yet this is what I got. Mind you, the order arrived just 20 minutes ago, but the food looks like it’s from three weeks ago.
