I'm unsure where the tomato sauce is for the Grilled Cheese advertised in the picture. I asked for it, but instead, I received hot sauce. The Grilled Cheese also seems lighter than usual. Last time I ordered from here, it was cheesy and satisfying, but this time it didn't quite hit the mark.
On a brighter note, the Grilled Chicken is still good—it's not rubbery—and the Iced Pistachio Latte is always a hit.
Overall, a mixed experience, but some favorites keep me coming back.

Iced Spanish Latte it is a great drink. Refreshing and delicious, perfect balance of milk and caffeine. I order it almost everyday.

Gave me the wrong cookie. Pistachio lattes were inedible due to it being way too sweet. They didn't even cream cheese my bagel and gave me not enough cream cheese for the whole bagel (and they were out of the cream cheese I ordered). Their veggie cream cheese that they gave me instead was plain cream cheese with chopped up peppers (bizarre). They also took an insanely long time and my dasher was waiting forever for it. Overpriced, poor quality, bad service, overall extremely disappointed.

Chicken and Waffles the chicken was good. The waffles was okay. I would suggest including a butter syrup to go with this. I promise it will do you wonders. The Mo Frapp didn't taste like any of the vanilla or caramel requested so not ordering that again.
