Chicken broccoli 芥蓝鸡 was one of the best I've had! Kung Pao Chicken 宫保鸡丁 was different from what I'm used to but also tasty. Will order from here again

This is my go to restaurant for Chinese. The food is not greasy as compared to other Chinese restaurant I been to. You can taste quality. The Roasted duck w. bones 烧鸭 was cook to perfection, it was tender. Not doused with oil.
I see Yong Chuan seeking quality not quantity. Quantity is rather easy to get.
Presentation is important to me. It shows the establishment put in the time and care/effort of representing the cuisine to customers.

Kou Shui Chicken 甬川口水鸡 tasted stale and almost turning bad. The other items were great. Also order arrived 30 mins behind schedule. Understand it was rainy, but I think it is the kitchen because it is not the first time that this place has delayed delivery.

Food was terrific don't trust the negative ratings... this should be rated way higher. This is definitely a diamond in the rough.

The duck is described as crispy but it's very fatty and skin is wet not crispy. Also does not come with typical Peking duck setup- no wraps or toppings
