The best Chicken and Waffles the county has had since the Warehouse closed in Caribou. it doesn't have the cheese and bacon like the Warehouse one but it makes up for it in flavor.

The Brisket was melt in your mouth tender. The Pulled Pork is served plain, without sauces, so you get the full flavor of the meat instead of tasting just BBQ sauce. The Ribs had excellent bark with a bit of a kick in the spice rub, with the meat being juicy. The Coleslaw was sweet with fresh, tender cabbage and carrots. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend Ferris BBQ, we'll definitely be ordering again.

today I ordered Brisket Nacho Fries , I have to say they were tasty pulled pork nacho cheese, french fries , jalapenos a nice twist to nachos. decent sized order still had a room for a few chicken 16 Pieces Ferris' Smoked Wings they are also very tasty, Love them

Don't have many bad experiences here but my burger was partially raw, and the poutine gravy was so salty I could only take one bite. And again with the bbq poutine the gravy was so salty. Pretzel and cheese was good.
