• 24-02-18I stop in here on the way home from work in the morning ALL the time for years and am so glad to see it come to dash pass. The only downside to ordering online is you cant see their wonderful baked goods. A torta for 10 bucks can be 2 meals worth they are quite large. The salsa verde with their tacos are amazing too. I highly recommend this place.

• 24-03-12The tacos asada are excellent- classic prep with a very generous side of cilantro and onions. Their salsa verde has a very nice balance of flavor without being overwhelmed by heat. Ordered several times and everything has been very good.

• 6 days agoThe pupusas themselves were good, and I did enjoy them! As a Salvadoran who grew up eating pupusas, though, I felt like the accompaniments took away from the authentic flavor a little bit. Traditionally, pupusas are served with a very mild salsa roja—mostly tomato, onion, and seasonings like oregano. It’s not really meant to overpower the pupusa; it adds a little moisture and complements the mild but flavorful masa and filling. The salsa here was quite spicy, and unfortunately the heat overpowered the flavor of the pupusas for me. I would have loved the option of a traditional mild salsa roja for dipping. The curtido was okay, but it also had a fairly strong herb blend. Between the herby curtido and spicy salsa, I felt like the accompaniments competed with the pupusas rather than complementing them.
Overall, the pupusas themselves were good! I just wish they were served with a simpler, traditional mild salsa roja and a more classic curtido so the flavor of the pupusas could really shine.

• 25-10-19The Cubana was really good. I would just suggest sauces to make it less dry. Bread was good. Lots of meat. I added mustard.

• 23-12-27I ordered the beef Lengua/ Beef Tongue tacos and the Carnitas/ Pork tacos. They were very authentic, well made, fresh tasting tacos. I have nothing but great things to say about the food here. I had no expectations going in but was blown absolutely away. Stop reading and start ordering!
