I must say that this is authentic Ramen I have had in a very long time!! I've been to Asia and NYC so I know what I'm talking about. I had the Pork Bun and Combo (Ramen + Appetizer) and every bite was delightful! I ate everything so I unfortunately can't provide a photo 🤭

First time ordering from a ramen place, glad I chose this restaurant, the food was AMAZING! Flavor was on point, spice was on point and I was worried about how much fat was gonna be on the pork but there was hardly any so for me that was exactly what I was looking for.

The taste was OK portion was fulfilling, and the ingredients were fresh. The main part of the dish is that I disliked, the noodles. They tasted and looked like spaghetti pasta. That is not for me, I am buying ramen, I expect ramen noodles. Also, the boiled egg is fermented in ginger and I did not like the taste. I will not order for this place again.

The Curry Rice Bowl was pretty tasty, but the Pork Bun was the best thing to cross my lips in several weeks. It was still warm upon arrival and the bun was still soft and fluffy. It was just juicy enough that it didn't make a huge mess as I devoured it like a starving raccoon. 10/10 would order again.

Everything was great. I like that they separated the broth from the noodles and other foods that go inside. For once the food was still hot when the Dasher delivered it. Everything was fresh and nicely prepared. I highly recommend the Crispy Chicken Karaage, Cajun Mazemen, and Classic.
