Don't order from here. Portion size is half of other locations I've been to and more expensive. Not worth your money.

Egg waffles were missing from our order but everything else was tasty. I didn't notice a little half and half for the Icy Grass Jelly Custom / 冰仙草自由配 which was still good, grass jelly shaved ice is a touch bitter alone. Boba Tofu Pudding / 珍珠豆花 came with more liquid than a previous order so toppings were all at the bottom but it was all delicious.

We do come back week after week. Refreshing, light, satisfying desserts with protein, fiber, sugar levels options. They have like all of the classic Taiwan flavors.

The delivery itself was smooth and I have no issues with the service. However, since I ordered shaved ice, I expected better packaging. The packaging did not provide efficient temperature control, and unfortunately, everything had melted by the time it arrived. I hope this feedback helps improve packaging for items that are sensitive to temperature in the future.
