The burgers & the cheesesteaks were hot and fresh and made to my specific order... We gave one White Castle here in my city (YAKTOWN) my mother would have been so happy.. She loved this restaurant.. Although I don't get the CRAVE to many times a year but when I do it's always a treat especially when we buy a LOT for the grands and this White Castle gives em to us with pride serving up castles and the sides hot fresh & delicious every time we also get to experience the wait of it all just like when I was a kid! Don't let that deter you..

Everything was fresh & hot! I called the restaurant to thank them for another great order! Bags were sealed securely! Appreciate the attention to detail with special requests!

Burger was over cooked, bland, dried out. Fish sandwich was also a little overcooked. Fries- old, tasteless.
This food tasted terrible, gave me indigestion. Definitely will not be ordering from them again, at least not this location. A total waste of my money.
One good thing, the order was packaged well.

Loaded fries were drowned in cheese sauce and ranch to the point the container was falling apart from being so saturated and I just couldn't eat them, regular order of fries were cold and getting hard, Mozzarella sticks came with no sauce they were basically cold. None of the food was even still warm and it didn't take that long from order to delivery so my food should have at least been more warm if not hot. I paid over $20 for cold food at 3 am there's no way my food shouldn't have been fresh.

all delicious. hash browns HASH BROWN NIBBLERS. CAL 340-360/670-720/1330-1440 was a lot for a medium.
