The baked goods taste great, but I don't feel comfortable being charged extra without a heads up. If an item runs out, I prefer to either be contacted, or have the item replaced for something of same or similar value or less value. But not be charged more for replacement items I had no say or choice in. :( It's a shame since the bakery's items taste fantastic- but I don't quite agree with how they upcharge without permission when items run out on DoorDash.

Ordered Pork Sung & Taro Rolls last time and it was sold out.. ordered it again and they packed a Pork Sung & Red Bean Roll. Just can't seem to get the bread I want :(
