The Nutella Acai Bowl was delicious. I would've added extra Nutella, like you can in the store, but I didn't see that option on DoorDash. Overall, the texture and taste were amazing, and I would definitely reccommend it.

Bananas were too ripe and strawberries were too hard. Also, I really look forward to my gronola at the bottom but it was NOT there. Such a bummer I was excited to eat my bowl but it wasn't a good one. Smoothie was melted too much

Got it! Here’s the updated version with that added:
I ordered my meal on DoorDash for pickup. It took about 10–15 minutes, and while the system didn’t update, that was fine since I came in myself. I was greeted by a girl sitting on her phone who said hello, but wasn’t very welcoming.
I told her I had an online order and even offered to show her my name on DoorDash, but she said there was no need. She handed me my order, but when I double-checked the receipt and the food, I noticed it wasn’t what I had ordered. I had ordered half coconut and half açai with no granola — which I had specifically noted on my ticket — but what was in the bag was half açai and half blue base with granola included. As any regular customer would, I let her know about the mistake. She immediately accused me of not specifying on DoorDash, so I pulled up my order and showed her that I had been very specific and had even paid extra for it. She then admitted she had grabbed the wrong order under the wrong name, but never acknowledged her mistake, never apologized, never offered napkins or an extra spoon, and was overall rude and off-putting throughout the entire interaction.
Going forward, management needs to invest in better customer service training for their employees.
