My first order from Palominos and I am in love! Fabulous chili rellenos, generous sides of guacamole and beans(the best refritos I've had in years), and fresh, crisp, and tasty chips. Prices very reasonable for what you get. I will definitely order from here again!

I wrote a review when they first transitioned from El Cuervo to Palomino's. My first experience under the new ownership wasn't positive. But I've tried them 2x since then and I'm pleased to say that they have upped their game. Burrito's are large and the fish tacos are fabulous. They fell slightly short with the side of salsa - it was more of a pico de gallo.

My first time having a Chile relleno and I thought it was quite good. the pepper was cooked well and had a nice amount of cheese. as always the burritos are sizable whichI appreciate. I like the fish tacos but the creama is on the sweet side so I think they need to tone that down.

Ordered the Guacamole 32Oz for a party I was attending. It was very watered down, and the flavor was pretty bland. I added Pico de Gallo to it for flavor. If I had had avocados, I would have added more, since it was sooo watery. I would NOT order this again. If I had time, I would not have brought this to the party (I was slightly embarrassed)
The food, though, was tasty. The 1 1 Beef Enchilada was a very good portion and a meal in itself. The Especial Fish Taco was also good - I would have liked a bit more sauce on it, but otherwise yummy. Oh, and the beans were actually really good, nice flavor. I would order those again.

Don't recommend!! Worse carne asada nachos in whole county of San Diego !! Guacamole was old brown already !! Not enough meat more sour cream than meat ! Worse experience ever!!
