As always the Prime Rib hits the spot w/baked potato. Country Fried steak is xtra large. Meatloaf looks like 2 mini sized ones which is a great bargain for the price. You can make it a meal for 2 if u add an extra side. Homemade soup's thumbs up. Definitely try their crème brûlée.
Certain days Mel's is awesome other day's are meh. Whom ever was the cook today is the best cook.

Chicken tenders were dry and overcooked and Caesar salad has so much dressing it was dripping from the lettuce . Mashed potatoes green beans and onion rings were good. Not their usual quality , very disappointed

The Shrimp Alfredo was apparently cooked as soon as Mel's Diner received the order, even though it took the DoorDasher 45 minutes to pick up the order from the restaurant! So, it arrived cold and glue-like, totally inedible . I had to throw it out. The Spinach Pie is usually good, but it arrived steamed, not flaky. Again, the restaurant put it into the styrofoam container as soon as they got my order.
And where the heck is my Prime Rib dinner?? It was not delivered!!
