This is my first time trying First Brewed. The food and coffee taste great! However, I spent over $8 on a jalapeno cheddar bagel with cream cheese and received a plain bagel with cream cheese. I also ordered the Reindeer Fuel which says it is topped with marshmallow cold foam and caramel drizzle but my drink was not topped with those sadly. I LOVE marshmallow so I was a little disappointed in that. I did see a 50% an item card in my bag so I assume that was making up for probably not having the bagel I ordered. I would have appreciated some communication on that since I'm not too sure if that's why. Overall though-the food was fresh and the coffee was fantastic so I will be back!

Firstly, everything was sealed which I really appreciate. And everything seems to be decent quality. It's a little on the pricey side but I'm paying for convenience and I know that. Everything tastes great but it bothers me that if they don't have something in stock, they don't refund that item they replace it with something else. I ordered a cherry danish and they sent two cheese danishes instead. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant but with cream cheese and I got provolone. And I could see from the reviews that I'm not the exception, so it appears that no one is managing their inventory so you can literally buy things that they can't sell to you. But I also know that this app is kind of dodgy about giving you refunds if refunds are issued by the merchant. So I'm not even going to file a complaint about it

coffee was ooverpowering and no masrhmellow or cookie butter flavor..with only allowed to add it 1x into your coffee...
sandwich looks amazing though.. would only order coffee again if i could add more flavor to it.
