Very yummy roll and house made sauces! The Fresh Wasabi was very good and hot! I got the Philadelphia Roll and Yuzu Ponzu Sauce. It came with wasabi, soy sauce, Eel Sauce and ginger. My only complaint is that for one sushi roll which I think was 8pieces, and sauces on the sides, it was over $20. I didn't see a lunch special which would have been amazing! My first time trying their sushi! More worth it for a date at the prices they have IMO. .

Just can't get enough!
Kabuto is probably my favorite restaurant these days. The ramen is amazing, I've tried a few of them and the black garlic tonkatsu Ramen is my favorite. It's creamy, salty, and a tiny bit spicy from the garlic. It's a big bowl, very filling and supremely delicious.
The sushi rolls are a close second. If you are looking for good quality, delicious food, this is the place to come.

I order the same thing every time; the tonkotsu ramen medium and the black garlic ramen hot. Each time they taste the same, perfect spice levels, and toppings are high quality. I've also dined in and the service is always great, servers are friendly and the atmosphere is great. Favorite restaurant in town.

The portion is fair for the price, considering there aren't that many places to get ramen in Cedar City. however, most of the meat was very bland and flavorless, the added chashu had much more flavor. The egg was nothing special either.
If you're craving ramen this is fine, but if you can spare the time, go down to St George.

Every time we eat in or order delivery it is fresh and delicious. It's by far the best place to eat in town, the ramen and sushi are the best! I recommend the tonkotsu and garlic ramen as well as the linda roll.
