Fries are always cold. They should make them fresh for delivery orders. Lettuce was hot like it was microwaved upon pick up.

if you enjoy cardboard ice cold biscuits then you may enjoy eating breakfast here the coffee was cold and tasted like acid someone needs to clean the someone needs to clean the coffee. the eggs tasted old and we're also cold along with the cold sausage that was brick hard. this is the worst Food I've ever had and also these Potato Sticks taste like they taste like they threw a gallon of salt on them. these pies are supposed to be hot apple pies they were horrible. this was a total waste of money. my advice go to McDonald's are Chick-fil-A.

Hello — I’m requesting a refund for my Whataburger order placed on Sep 18 at 3:10 AM. I ordered a Large fries, but the bag only contained the tiny amount shown in the attached photo. That is not what I paid for or expected.
I’ve included a photo as proof. I would like either:
• A full refund (or account credit) for the fries, plus the delivery fee, or
• A full replacement refund and a credit for the inconvenience.
This was disappointing and unacceptable. Please resolve this promptly — I expect confirmation of the refund/credit and how you will prevent this from happening again. Thank you
