I don't know how they do it, but everything I order from Mindy B's is the best I've ever had. I always get the Teachers Pride but add apple slices. The Deviled Eggs are better than 10 grandmother's versions. Don't sleep on the peanut butter or butterfinger pie either. This is the best deli in town, easily. Thank you, Mindy and your awesome staff.

Excellent food with large portions! I work at a hospital nearby, my food was still hot. The cold foods were in a separate bag which was really nice. The Deviled Eggs were just like home and super yummy. My Pineapple Express was in a wrap, (I ordered sour dough) has huge and the sauce is super yummy. Love this place!

sandwich was flat, flavorless, small amt. of meat and ZERO flavor of horseradish sauce as promised. Potato Salad was bland and boring. Used to like this place a lot. Now? Nope.

The food was amazing! We got the Teachers Pride and the Pineapple Express and both were really good. Our personal favorite was the Pineapple Express because of just how complex and unique the flavors were. It was so good I forgot to get photos! I will certainly order from here again as my partner and I both very much enjoyed it. Thank you! <3

Everything was good. I recommend adding extra meat to the Carver sandwich, though. Wasn't much to it. The Broccoli Salad, pie, & soup were yum and worth the price. :)
