Everything Mimi's does is perfect. The cheesesteak is just what I wanted. The Cajun fries have house cut potato perfection with the spice punch you want. The potato salad is rich and flavorful, with just enough sweetness to remind you you're in the south.

Mimi's has amazing lunch so I wanted to try their breakfast. The grits were perfectly creamy and tasty. The omelette however was not. The egg was brown on the outside and terribly overcooked. The bacon was missing. And there were more jalepenos than all the other ingredients combined! I think I'll stick with lunch sandwiches. Sad.

Mimi's philly was just sad. I have ordered this many times in the past and it was actually worth the money. It was the hoagie with a tiny bit of steak, alot of onions and a couple peppers. My daughter and I used to split this with some onion rings and were full.
I wish I had taken a pic if it. Come on MiMi's, you can do better for a $13 sandwich!

As a local Hixson resident this will always hit the spot. I love their Mimis Cheesesteak I eat it with jalapeños and yellow America cheese. The staff are friendly because they remember me. It's truly does feel like a safe and local restaurant where you would be treated like part of the family just sitting and eating great food.

I always get the cheesesteak and curly fries, and they are always freshly made, hot and consistently the best in Chattanooga!
