It simply never fails- the perfect cookie. But every so often PCC does something a little extra - and puts a smile on my heart. The heart next to my name just makes me smile every time. And this time it was accompanied by two extra cookies. Thank you so much PCC - you make me smile every time.

We ordered door dash iced cream sandwiches. They were delivered quickly and they were delicious. I ordered the oatmeal raisin cookie with salted caramel ice cream. . So good! The ice cream melted but the cookie was great dipping into the ice cream. My husband ordered the chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. It was so rich he saved some of it in our freezer. We will order again. I love to order cookies on their website for special occasions for gifts for my family and friends. They have beautiful gift packaging!

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Pacific Cookie Company, and unfortunately it seems like the quality has dropped quite a bit. The cookies were overcooked, dry, and tasted like they had been sitting around for a couple of days. Definitely not the fresh, soft cookies I remember or was expecting. Pretty disappointing.

Gift box is overpriced and underwhelming. Not wrapped by flavor like the photo shows but instead stacked in one bag and put into an otherwise flimsy box with the bag left open. Also had smudges all over the outside (of the bag & box) so it's just not a clean look. Two cookies were broken.
Other cookies ordered for family were great, as usual. Cookies are always on point but this gift box was not.
