I love Emilio's!! One of my favorite spots for traditional mexican food in memphis. I love the Aguas Frescas (horchata specifically) here, as well as the Side of Rice and Beans. The Quesadilla Camaron I got I didn't alter at all as far as what I selected, and it felt a little crowded with the veggies (while they are very fresh, and a nice addition) they make the quesadilla fall apart/open easily as well as making it a bit more soggy than I prefer. Overall though the Quesadilla isn't very big, so I think taking out the veggies might not give you bang for buck.. I was trying something new this time but I think I'll stick to the Al pastor burritos!! Emilio's gets 5 stars from me any day!

I always order here one of my favorite Mexican eateries in Memphis a hidden gem really so good the Chicharron and Guacamole was fried a little under this time. Gorditas Al PastorGorditas Barbarcoa was extra hot and fresh. the Aguas Frescas is my absolute favorite

Heavenly... seriously, the Chicharron and Guacamole was fried to perfection and fresh. So crispy on the outside, but the fat melted like butter in my mouth. The meat was literally perfect. This is a staple in Miami for breakfast. I should have ordered more guacamole, it was delish. Loved the Jamaica Aguas Frescas. It was so lovely to drink. I got it with no ice and glad I did. It's a huge cup filled to the top! Would def order again.
