I am so pleasantly surprised by how authentically tasty the Vaana Pani Puri is. I was randomly craving some, and ordered from here not having any expectations, since I've never had the chance to eat good panipuri elsewhere. To my surprise, it ws fantastic. Water was very cold which is so essential for good Pani puri. The puri balls were crispy and sweet chutney hit just right. Very well packaged too as it's easily to spill. 10/10 recommend.

Please seal the chai container for safety. The samosa chaat was especially good. The quesadilla's seemed very plain. I feel like it was just some tikka masala spread on tortillas and cheese. Wish they would spruce it up. Chai was tasty but container had some chai leak from the top and plus these days it's hard to know if it has been tampered with unless it's properly sealed

As a family who truly loves Indian food and support small businesses, we ordered nearly $50 worth of food from this place through DoorDash, trying around 6 different items, including bowls, quesadillas, and the chaat platter. Unfortunately, every single item had one thing in common: an overwhelming amount of spice that completely masked the actual flavors.
Even the items marked mild were packed with visible red chili flakes, our gums were on fire. Mild should not mean pain. A good chef knows that real flavor comes from fresh ingredients and thoughtful balance, not just overpowering spice. Here, the vegetables and key ingredients were completely lost.
The fusion concept had potential, but the recipes need serious refinement. For example, quesadillas shouldn’t taste like oily Indian pickle, that’s not fusion, it’s just confusion.
I’m taking the time to write this because I genuinely wanted to support this restaurant. But after spending good money and getting such poor results, I feel let down. If you’re serious about long-term success, I’d strongly recommend reworking your recipes. YouTube has good recipes. There’s no harm in improving, but there is harm in ignoring feedback.
