I got "The Shakeout" and the "GF GF Brownie Bomb". This sandwich is what dreams are made of. Literally looks like it stepped out of a commercial. The tomatoes were so fresh it was almost unreal. The brownie was so good you couldn't even tell it was made GF. Amazing. 100/10

I was really excited to find a local bakery spot that offered croissants, the croissant is big especially for its price. As you can see, it's beautiful. I've had croissants half the size for quadruple the price. The outside is crunchy with a fresh buttery inside, as for being chocolate filled I believe chocolate sprinkled is a better term. Typically chocolate croissants have a piece or two of long baking chocolate or a ganache filling. This had semi sweet chips dashed in the middle. It wasn't bad in my opinion, but if you don't like plain croissants then I'd skip over this as the chocolate is underwhelming and the taste of plain croissant can become a chore for some. But the chips might be just enough for those typically overwhelmed by richer croissants.
I'd certainly get this again! For the price and location it's unbeatable and its price does not reflect its quality- it's delicious and very well baled. I'm excited to try more of their diverse and unique menu. I hope in the future they try their hand at savory or add more sweet croissant variations - but that may just be me haha
