On top of all the sushi being amazing, Crispy Brussels Sprouts were to die for!! I have celiac and im so so glad the vast majority of their menu is gluten free!

Is it that hard to make a Cucumber Roll thats not falling apart? The food looks great on pictures and I have ordered it before, thats why I decided on Bamboo sushi again but this time the order came much worse :(
Simple cucumber roll and salmon roll are falling apart. In a salmon roll you can see the bad fatty part of fish used on some pieces and the good one on the other. The sauces they put leaked into a bag and there was only 1 napkin per order. Overall disappointed.

Normally I love bamboo but tonight was awful. My order arrived an hour late, it cycled through four dashers (with one waiting 30 mins) because the restaurant was so delayed. When it finally arrived not only was I given an incorrect item (yellowtail instead of salmon), but some of the correct items were awful. The tuna roll tasted extremely fishy, was mostly rice, and was legit on par with grocery store sushi. The green machine was the only thing that was still good and thank god cause that’s such a fav

Odered the burger medium and it came fully rare!!! Horrible.
The crispy tuna was actually burn and so hard it hurt my tooth.

Delicious! I will definitely be back for more. The food was still warm, there was enough Ginger and flavor. The fish was fresh. Loved every bite
