I got the All-American Breakfast and they forgot the bacon. The description states it comes with bacon along with a side and eggs, but there wasn't any upon arrival. The pancakes were really good and fresh, scambled eggs were okay. Portion size was about the same as competitors, but still I would order again as them forgetting the bacon may have been a 1 time thing.

Only 2pcs of bacon on this thick white bread and a small amount of bacon jam and the jam could have been spread on the toast instead of a baby spat. Fries were not hot.

I ordered the almost $8 Cold Brew and they forgot all the creamers. the Biscuits & Gravy Bowl* was oddly sour and then didn't tie or tape the bags.

At 11am on a weekend morning I expect some wait for a to-go order. In this case our food was not ready until about 45 minutes after the order was placed. We got there a few minutes early, so I'll cut them some slack for the first 15 minutes we waited. It was the additional 20 minutes past our pickup estimate that was painful. There was a brief mention of the kitchen being backed up. I understand that happens, but people who are ordering for pick-up are doing so for convenience and to save time. If that aspect doesn't exist there are other places to get scrambled eggs and bacon in a more timely manner.

AWFUL! Eggs Benedict was terrible. Crab tasted old and hollandaise was like literal cement. No yolks in eggs. Grits unseasoned. Terrible
