Completely inconsistent with quality. The last time I ordered from here was fine, but today I ordered the same exact thing (a bacon egg & cheese) and the egg was literally the shape of a cube, thick flavorless and disgusting. The bacon was not crispy at all and fatty and also disgusting. It was inedible.

The hot chocolate was good (a little cold though). The bagel tasted good but was very small for the price and I paid to have bacon added but it wasn't fully cooked so I had to take that out.

Took someone from NYC here, and they wished they had a Kismet near them. Quality holds up in their new locations, and service is always great.
