I ordered the chicken livers for the second time tonight and I am not disappointed at all!
I also got the vegetables for my side and they are the best grilled veg I've ever had! Beautiful flavor, great portion, I am so pleased, I will always get them for my side from now on. The banana pudding is great and a nice portion, as well! Consider me a happy girl!

Tuesaday Special Poboy was very good and was still warm.. The bread was very fresh. I think the poboy could have a few more shrimp to avoid biting just bread.The fish and chicken were fried just like I perfer them to be. This is my second time ordering from Blue Hook. I will order again....

Fish was probably the best I ever ate honestly. Fries was good too. Was enough food to fill me up also !! Great for the price especially in this area compared to others.

This restaurant is tops. We order the large liver order with fried okra, the best I have ever had. Would definitely recommend to anyone as we will be reordering from this restaurant many more times. So so so good, they will not disappoint. The food is very very fresh.

The banana pudding was great. Whoever is doing the frying knows exactly what they are doing, the frying is unbelievable . This is the rest of my first review. I will order again. The only complaint was the fried livers was a bit too spicy I will make sure they know next time not to put as much spice. Everything else was perfect. Will order from them again.
