The BTS Burger (with the standard fixings) was good, but not the best gourmet burger I've had in the area. It needs sauces and toppings (thick cut bacon) and that's what you end up tasting. The hybrid wagyu patty has good portions, but wasn't seasoned enough: it was cooked nicely, and served hot and fresh. But for the high cost and longer delivery distance from me, I would not reorder this item.

Meat was dry and less flavorful than the first time we ordered. My order was wrong. Nothing like the menu picture and what we got delivered the first time. The patty tasted like regular meat and not like our first experience that was juicy and meaty. We ordered the BTS and received a regular burger with onions. The potato bun was stale. Very dissatisfied.

It was alright. The meat was a little pink in some areas and the patty was pretty big, so I had to eat it with a fork and knife. The flavors were solid, but a bit one note. Sidewinder Fries were nice, but a little soggy. Overall, it was just okay.

Got the Katsu burger. Its delicious! Potatoes are good as well. Only complaint is that the Black berry green tea tastes like cough syrup. Everything else was 5/5

You'd think it'd be easy to put just bacon and cheese in a burger, but they added lettuce and I could still taste it even after picking it out. The BTS Burger - BT was one of those fake BOGO offers where you're already paying for two, and even if I couldn't taste the lettuce, it was pretty mediocre. The bacon was a little undercooked. The Sidewinder Fries were good, though. If they had drinks, I wouldn't have had to delay my order by making my dasher go to another place, but it doesn't really matter since I'm not ordering from here again.
