The 3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal is always good. El Pollo Loco seems to have a problem with sending the correct quantity of drinks, though. I ordered two large drinks but only received one medium. Frustrating.

Sent wrong uncorrectable order. Ordered Cheese Quesadilla for $4.56 - They sent a STUFFED Quesadilla !!!!! Messy! And MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE !!!! Yuck. Refunded $4.56 plus tax - I THINK...

It would be appreciated if the team took more care when packaging the food and made sure all extras were included. As usual did not receive any of our salsas. This happens all the time, we paid to add avocado to the crunchy tacos. There was none. They were dry with no salsa and avocado.

El Pollo Loco is amazing. The only thing that would make it better is if you could order the Queso thru DoorDash.
