For a store whose identity and flagship item is matcha, you'd think they would remember to put matcha in the latte?
Got a full glass of just oat milk. Called and asked if they were out of matcha today and the reply was just "no" with no further explanation.
Kind of like going to an Italian restaurant and the chef forgot the pasta in your Alfredo, so you just get chicken in a bowl of cream.

i tried them when the store first opened, but i think they changed their matcha ! it tastes so bland and cheap not worth the money
unmixed syrup and matcha at the bottom too

Cold Madagascar Vanilla Matcha Latte** was wayy too sweet even at "0% sweet" and the cold brew tasted like poor quality matcha didn't seem ceremonial.
