Nuggets not cooked correctly. This is my go-to, most favorite meal. I have it on repeat times 10. I was just at this location last week getting this same order and it was cooked to perfection!!! Not sure what happened tonight. The nuggets were not cooked correctly. They were very hard and I couldn't eat them. While they were hot, they just weren't cooked correctly. The Mac and cheese was great. It was also fresh and hot and the lemonade was amazing. Please do better on the grilled nuggets. This is a first from this location.

The sandwich and Mac and cheese was good. The shake wasn't bad, the cup was a bit messy which leads me to think they made it as an at store shake and then realized that it was a door dash order and had to put a flat top over it. But I ordered a cookies and cream shake with strawberry syrup added, and what I got was a strawberry shake with no Oreos in it. Which sucks because I paid extra for it.

I ordered 2 medium fries and the were both half empty and our cups had no ice and was filled about 3/4 of the way.
