I've had the chicken wrap/bites a few times and it's been consistently tasty. I love that they sear the wrap. Also just tasty marinated chicken and a bit of pickles with a side of the garlic sauce does it for me.

The Chicken 4 Bites is not much like a proper shawarma wrap, so if that's what you're looking for, this isn't the place. It's seasoned chicken—vaguely similar to shawarma seasoning but really more its own thing—in a fried tortilla, with nothing else in there—no pickles, salad, etc., just chicken. But it tastes great. You barely need the sauces, but the garlic sauce is so good that you'll want it anyway. The only problem is that it's very messy. As you'd expect from what's basically a burrito cut into slices, when you pick up one of the slices, half the chicken falls out. You will want a fork handy (it didn't come with one).
I was a bit worried that the 4 bites would be a tiny half-order, but it's easily a big enough portion for a full meal. And definitely a good value (for SF) for the price. (The 7 would be an even better value, but probably way too much unless you're sharing or want leftovers.) I do wish the sauces were a bit bigger, given how much food there is to dip in them, but that's a trivial quibble. Also, they put it together amazingly quickly.
The fries were a bit disappointing—tasty, but limp and soggy.
Anyway, I'll definitely order from here again at some point.

The Chicken 7 Bites is SUPER spicy and hard to eat because the chicken falls out. Like makes my nose run, and is a tongue spice. Fries also super spicy. Sauces way smaller than the photos as you can see.

They don't put the protective stickers on the bag so it's possible for dashers to touch your food which is kind of a big problem for me. The 7 bite chicken shawarma was okay, just a little dry but the hummus helps just not the best I've had. It was still warm and kind of fresh (fries a little soggy) when it got to me. I probably still would order if it's my last option.
